Meanwhile, a relatively few students who have been struggling with personal debt for over a decade might get $10,000 in debt relief.

It's also why I no longer lose sleep over a "wealth tax." Let's start with Hollywood A-list actors and professional athletes who seem to know a lot about US government policy.
