First note: when discussing dividends, safety of that dividend is paramount; can the dividend be sustained? 

Chevron (CVX) reported strong 2025 results with 4Q25 showing a 35% increase in adjusted free cash flow, supported by record production levels despite lower oil prices. The companies returned $27.1 billion to shareholders in 2025 and reported $15.42 billion in levered free cash flor for trailing twelve months.

And so: 

• Chevron (CVX) increased its dividend -- whoo-hoo!
• a 4.1% increase in its quarterly dividend
• raised to $1.78 per share, up from $1.71
• payable: March 10, 2026
• record date: February 17, 2026
• ex-dividend: also, February 17, 2026
• annualized payout: $7.12 per share
