It's one thing to join a small group of record-holders, but look how far back this goes. The last was 1962 -- that's 62 years ago. Tiger Woods is not even part of this group.

This is almost exactly what CBS News reported tonight: fast food inflation was less than 5% y/y but greater than 4%. For April, 2024, the US government says 4.1%.

So, a $7 meal last year comes in at $7.29 this year.
