Everyone knew that was not going to happen, but most expected much better than 5,000 Model 3 vehicles/month by the end of 2017. When rumors started floating that maybe only 2,250 Model 3 vehicles were delivered, there was a bit of disbelief. But at 1,060 -- well, what can one say?
