All Over For Russian Combat Capabilities? The Washington Post -- June 26, 2022
If The Washington Post is correct, it suggests my reading of the tea is completely incorrect. If The Washington Post is correct, one would think we might hear more "tactical nuclear" talk from Putin before the end of July, 2022.
All things being equal, this has to be very, very bullish for oil.
