Remember
BRAC? Closing all those US military bases? It looks like some of those military bases (and posts) in Texas may get a new lease on life. And a lot of money from the US government for the surrounding communities. What's not to like?
From NBC News:
HHS officials will soon tour military installations near the border in
Texas as they search for more space to house children while they wait
for placement. The officials will tour Dyess Air Force Base, Goodfellow
Air Force Base, and Fort Bliss.
