Bruce, check out this rig that is on the active drilling rig list and also on the ND map server. It apparently has been drilling since Mar 7, 2011. Almost 41/2 months? super long time. If it is true, it has to be costing a lot of money. It only has a 1-H designation so I don't think it's a smart pad but I could be wrong. Maybe the drilling crew on this rig have not thaw n out from the cold North Dakota winter yet.

When I was up there earlier this spring/summer, the road conditions were horrendous; manpower issues horrendous; it's amazing they get as much done as they do.

I doubt it's been drilling for four and a half months, unless BEXP wants to add "depth" to their string of records.
