Wages:

  • over the weekend, over at twitter, a wag suggested that inflation was here to stay with McDonald's paying employees $21 / hour at some locations. 
  • the new UAW contract will result in hourly wages and benefits trending toward $100 / hour by the end of the contract. 
  • looking for signs of inflation in all the wrong places: it's not McDonald's we need to be worrying about. LOL.
