In that graphic / screenshot, there is one outlier and only one outlier. And it's NOT Sweden.
And not one reader in a 1,000 will be able to explain the outlier even after it's pointed out.
I'll do that later; give folks a chance to see if they can spot the one outlier. And then, see if anyone can explain it.

Iceland is not an outlier. I'll explain why later, why Iceland is not an outlier. And the reasons suggested: pre-existing conditions, etc. can be said for a number of countries. Nope, the outlier is elsewhere. The "good news": your suggestion made me re-check the list to see if I had missed something. I did not.
