This "thread" doesn't advance the conversation, it's simply the "same ol', the same ol'. But it's a conversation / debate that is heard across the county day in and day out.

For the record, I "side" with "SuicideBlonde."
For over a decade I've read all these articles that "we've" "underinvested." Of course it's always the "oilfield services companies" that seem to be complaining.
Despite all this "underinvestment" we have ample supply and decreasing demand, and Saudi Arabia is reporting record profits, as are US oil companies.
