• Comments:
• CLR has permits for four Smouse wells, NENW 28-155-96; 
• to be sited between 1142 FNL and 1007 FNL and 1690 FWL;

Two permits renewed:

• Enerplus: one Queen permit, and one Flatiron permit, both in McKenzie County;

Change in operator, from XTO to White Rock:

• about 50 wells
• Williams, McKenzie and Billings counties
• mostly older wells;
