Texas: First State to Require Fracking Disclosure

This is old news; I believe Governor Rick Perry of Texas signed the legislation back in June, 2011, but I don't recall posting that.

The law will go into effect July, 2012.

The new law requires companies that use the method, also known as "fracking," to disclose their chemical recipes. 

Note the spelling of "fracking."
