Earlier today I mentioned that it appeared that
intermittent, unreliable energy projects were pretty much coming to an end.
The Dickinson Press is reporting one of the early casualties:
Trinity Containers in West Fargo.
Trinity Containers in West Fargo plans to permanently close its manufacturing plant, laying off about 91 employees.
In
an email to Mayor Rich Mattern, a company official said the company,
Trinity Tank Car Inc. would shut down starting June 12 and the closing
would be complete by July 22.
In January 2015, the company announced that it was reducing its workforce
by 37 employees to about 84. The company said it took the step because
it recently completed a long-term order for wind tower structures.
