I use Gemini 90% of the time since is meets my needs and is so incredibly easy to access. At first I used ChatGPT almost exclusively but Gemini is so much easier. Whether replies are better or not, I guess it depends. But for most of my queries, access and convenience outweighs the content of the replies.
