Japan, I believe, is fourteen hours "ahead" of us here in north Texas.
If so, right now, 8:00 a.m. (0800) here in north Texas, it's already 10:00 p.m. (2200) in Tokyo.
Does that mean some early events have already taken place? Apparently: see first results here: link here.
Today, Saturday morning (here); late evening there -- event concluded some time ago.
Final: men's walk -- 35 km -- about 2.5 hours; US did not place in top three in men's or women's.
It appears the high jump finals is day 4, Tuesday 16, 2025, at 20:35. I assume that's local time, which means it would be 6:35 a.m. (0635) here in north Texas and 20:30 (2030) in Tokyo.
I could be wrong; I often get confused with the global time clock. Please fact-check and let me know if this is correct.
Regardless, when we wake up Tuesday morning, we’ll know the results.
