Alleged perator of the hit-and-run jet ski fled the scene with a male accomplice. So many eyewitnesses, etc., that it took less than 48 hours to capture them both. It turns out that both the alleged operator of the jet ski that killed the kayaker and her accomplice (not on the jet ski at the time) were in the states illegally. They were from ... drum roll ...
