Chicago city council rejects mayor's proposal to raise property taxes to help pay for shelter for undocumented immigrants.
It's going to be fascinating to watch the mayors and other elected leaders of sanctuary cities squirm over raising taxes to pay for housing undocumented immigrants. My hunch: the Trump team will know how to "block" Federal funds for sanctuary cities.
