• new property rate: $0.9233 per $100 valuation; 0.92%
• about 0.15% lower than the FY 2023 - 24 tax rate
• the average home-owner will save ... wait for it .... nearly $7 due to the reduced rate. $7.

DFW: American Airlines will add a new non-stop flight to Italy.

• non-stop flight: 10 hours and 35 minutes
• bigger story: DFW is expanding; big-time
• also revealed an additional flight from DFW to Heathrow Airport (London)
• now, 35 weekly fights to London, one more than the summer of 2024
