This is absolutely incredible. I'm amazed the writer could remain so composed while writing this article. His experience was an unmitigated disaster.
The graphic: one of the most populated regions of the US, and, along the route, only ... drum roll .... ten Tesla Superchargers -- none in Cleveland (?); two in Pennsylvania; one in New Jersey and, of course, one at the Hertz Rental center at the NY airport.
On top of all this, Hertz charges an exorbitant fee if the vehicle is not fully charged when it is returned.
