I used to check the pageview data on a regular basis. I haven't checked it in several years, so I was curious.

I'll come back in 24- 48 hours and see what "we're" doing now. The last time I checked, a couple of years ago, was down to 2,800 pageviews / day.

As a very, very rough estimate:

• this blog was started October 25, 2009
• this is November 26, 2023
• so, 30 days plus 14 years = 30 +5110 = 5,140 days.
• 17,260,939 / 5,140 = an average of 3,358 page views / day over fourteen years.

We'll see what the current "rate" is.
