Later, 7:56 p.m. CT, NFL SNF -- wow, "the chiefs are rolling." This threesome is absolutely amazing, a marketer's dream -- Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, and Taylor Swift. The intro to the game? A SNL-like cold open for the "Swifties." Taylor is being televised more than Kelce. Pretty amazing.

We have no televisions in the house. None. Nada. Zilch.

But we have more “screens” than Carter has liver pills, as we used to say, from the very, very small — the iPhone SE and the iPad Mini to the small-to-midsize, several Apple laptops, and the Apple’s largest desktop computer — a 27-inch screen — and then two huge Philips large flat screens.

Everyone has their own favorite package for all things streaming (OTT). For us:

• basic cable for access to internet only;
• Hulu
• Amazon Prime Video (“free” with Amazon Prime)

And that’s it. And I don’t think we’re missing anything.

I don’t know what it all costs. I don’t care. May pays for Hulu. I pay for the rest.

It looks like Dallas plans “to make a statement” today.

 

But still: Dak Prescott is still the weak link. A second-tier quarterback in the NFL. Even Zack Wilson was more impressive than Dak Prescott yesterday.

• can't get a TD from the red zone;
• interceptions and sacks at the worse possible times;
• the field goal kicker and the defense are "saving" Dak Prescott
