India turning to US / western drillers only makes sense.

• Russia is unreliable and has limited growth capacity.
  

• China is even less reliable, has limited growth capacity, and will probably need any oil it has for its down domestic requirements.
  

• Mideast oil tends to be heavier, and India needs gasoline.
