SCCO: huge cut in dividend, from 75 cents to 50 cents, but the quarterly dividend is very "volatile." The bigger concern is the pullback in price for SCCO. However, more on that later. SCCO still yields about 5 percent. In my new monthly allotment I will move SCCO to "semiconductors" -- yes, I know it won't make sense to most folks. I may change "semiconductors" to "beaten-down infrastructure companies." Does that help?

I recently changed my "new-money"allocation from 50 - 30 - 20 to:
- 40%: Blue Chip, Buffeett-like companies
- 30%: semi-conductor
- 20%: oil
- 10%: mRNA
