Compared to the earth ending in ten years due to global warming, Russia annexing a couple rogue provinces is absolutely nothing, not even worth a footnote in the history of the earth.
And yet, if this results in Russian sanctions and Germany's vow that democracy has no price, can you imagine what Germany will do to force wind and solar as only energy sources for the EU in order to save the earth.
Certainly, saving the earth has no price.
