Regarding Biden's appointments and the future of the DAPL, it certainly doesn't look good. But if the federal government can rescind the DAPL permit, why couldn't the state of ND rescind the permits for the wind turbines in the state? There would go the state of Minnesota's mandated renewable energy source and electricity rates would as Barack Obama once said "skyrocket". I think that might get some peoples attention.
ReplyDeleteThat makes incredible sense. In addition, there would be another group of folks / another lobby putting pressure on the Federal government to keep the DAPL open.
