New Gas Processing Plant Proposed Near Williston -- April 25, 2020

  • OE2 North proposing to build a 250 million cfpd gas processing plant
  • $150 million project
  • 39 acres of a 143-acre parcel owned by OE2
  • if construction begins by mid-April, could be completed by December 15, 2020;
  • 15 miles west of Williston, near the Montana border with Roosevelt and Richland counties
  • will serve XTO production in Williams County
  • will help reduce flaring in that area by as much as 25,000 tons/year
