HFIR is an example of a poor analyst. Just a blog writer, really. But one who overpromotes himself as some sort of analyst. Seeking Alpha is amateur user content. Still some good gems there. And I don't even mind the lesser ones if they don't get pompous and try to call themselves experts.
ReplyDeleteHFIR perfect example of a guy who does it wrong. (See my other comment.) Likes to "true up" the adjustment by adding it to US production. Despite EIA saying for years that this is invalid--you can;'t say which factor it goes with. And now saying it again. Sigh.
Sigh.
DeleteHey, don't knock us "blog writers." LOL. I'm doing the best I can. LOL. Actually, I'm doing all of this (okay, most of this) to help me better understand the Bakken -- though I, too, can be a bit snarky and a bit pompous.
But I am learning a lot, especially from the readers. Thank you for taking time to write.
