China, as a developing nation, is exempt.

That's all I need to know about the protocol to know the whole thing is a sham.

The United States was surpassed by China several years ago, where emissions grew by 10.4 percent in 2010 with that country injecting 2.2 billion tons of carbon into the atmosphere...

The whole anthropogenic global warming issue has been shown to be a hoax, and the Kyoto Protocol simply nothing more than a scam, as long as China is exempt and as long as China is considered a developing nation.
