Surprise, Surprise, Surprise! Fidelity Gets Two New Permits

Fidelity has one (1) rig in the North Dakota Bakken and during the current boom, it sold or transferred much of its North Dakota Bakken assets to Oasis.

But today, I see that Fidelity was granted two permits in the Sanish, #19080 and #19081, the Domaskin 19-20-29H in Lot 2, section 19-154N-92W; and, the Lynn 19-20-29H, in the NWNE subquadrant of section 19-154N-92W.  These wells are not on the same pad and sit in same area as two earlier Fidelity wells with IPs between 600 and 1000 (before IPs were inflated somewhat less than they are now).

For newcomers to this blog, within the very prolific Bakken, there are two particularly good fields, the Parshall, essentially "owned" by EOG; and its neighbor to the west, the Sanish, practically owned by Whiting.
