Birds of prey -- haven't been able to tell for sure what they are ... I think they're run-of-the-mill vultures. If so, too far away to see the bright red heads. They're circling over the drying creek beds to grab dying fish and/or soccer fields to watch for 7-year-old players to fall over due to heat stress.
