This is huge for Mexico. Mexico is treading on thin ice if the country interferes with any more deportation flights.  The nice thing about Trump: he warns and then acts. No long-drawn out negotiations, speeches.

The first set of sanctions/tariffs is always fairly light. If "ally" does not get the message, sanctions/tariffs can be increased. 

Perhaps time to start flying "rejected" illegal immigrants to Guantanamo Bay. 

On another note, not one day has gone by that President Trump is not making headlines.
