Eight (8) New Permits -- Bakken, North Dakota, USA

Daily activity report for June 13, 2011.

Drillers: CLR (4), Hess (2), Zenergy, Luff

Fields: Haley, Brooklyn, Painted Woods, Blue Buttes, and Oliver.

The two Hess wells will be on the same pad in Blue Buttes. It does not appear any of CLR permits/wells will be on the same pad. More on that later, of/when I catch up.

Samson Resources reports a dry well:
  • 19265, Dry, Samson Resources, Landy 1-13, Divide County, Three Forks.

    Good pick up. I'm "under the weather," in bed working off an iPad, limiting how much I can post. Hopefully, tomorrow I will have improved.

    But, yes, that's a nice Madison well. I assume it's a vertical well, not a horizontal, based on the fact it's a Madison; and, the "V" designation at the end.
