Spring, Texas,
is right north of Houston. I've been to Old Town Spring - full
of old buildings and antique stores. Charming and friendly but didn't
find much to buy. Great place to stroll around - lots of little
eateries.
I see their
corporate offices are now in Houston with locations in Dubai, Norway,
Scotland, Malaysia and Nigeria. What an interesting life.
And,
here's the house, on Arcane Court, Spring, TX. Average value in the neighborhood is $375,000, and
that tax bill is average as well. Most houses built in 2005 - so not
the historic area. Love the address.
There's ~$200/month in HOA fees,
so probably a gated community.
