Phillips 66's Freeport LPG Export Terminal Comes Online

- company reported that it loaded its first contracted cargo on the Commander
- the Commander: a very large gas carrier that sailed from the terminal on December 16, 2016
- two ships can be loaded simultaneously with refrigerated propane and butane
- rate of filling: 36,000 bbls/hour
- supply obtained from Phillips 66 Partners (PSXP) Sweeny fractionator and Clemens storage facilty; all linked to the Mont Belvieu Hub
- operational after a 4-year effort
