Luxury Suites in Williston -- Update -- The Bakken, North Dakota, USA

For those who may not read the comments, I got the following comment:
Winterton Suites will be building a new building, with construction scheduled to start as soon as the frost is out of the ground. For more info, please call Randy Crozier @ 701-540-1660.

    I wish they would say where they are building downtown? I didn't realize there were any available lots downtown. I guess we will find out this spring. I know a 4 story commercial-residentail are going up across from the Law Enforcement center. link below:

    I wonder if they get a few hotel rooms downtown (Winterton suites) and the Elks Building being converted into a boutique hotel, restaraunt and lounge...would a new multi level office building, marketing oil companies, be something downtown Williston could support?
