    I dont get it How can there be a drilling boom with permitermiormium in place ?

    I look to you for wisdom. Society is disintegrating . The world is coming to an end. What are we going to do ? Let's wring our hands and bitch about govt. Oh wait we had a career in govt (USAF) and we get govt retirement pension and health care. You have zero credibility .
