Update On Refinery Construction In The Bakken

Yesterday (or the day before, I forget) there was an announcement by Quantum Energy that the company had plans to build five new refineries in the Bakken. I opined that I doubted I would see any of them in my investing lifetime. RBN Energy appears to agree.
