Operator transfer: from Samson Resources Company to Resource Energy CAN-AM LLC:

approximately 130 wells which includes one SWD well; all in Divide County
oldest permit: #16124, a Strom well in Divide County
most recent permit: #30568, a Marauder permit in Divide County
