Update on the Arrow Pipeline / XTO Production in the Reservation

For those interested I updated my thoughts on the recently announced Arrow pipeline in the Mandaree area of the reservation. In the original post I stated that I felt that KOG might be the biggest benefactor of this new pipeline, but I did not know why. Now it makes sense.
