I have to chuckle.
A lot of folks comment on how some companies "are guilty" of exaggerating their initial production.
That may be. I don't know.
But sometimes the proof is in the pudding. In this case, the pudding is the labor pool and the proof is in the company bringing in more workers. They wouldn't be bringing in more workers if they didn't have the cash flow to pay them.

"Brigham Oil and Gas is in the process of a massive expansion of its activities in North Dakota, and a regional representative said plans for a facility in Williams County are to be a key part of their plans."
Brigham says they will double the number of rigs from four to eight in North Dakota this year and will soon be initiating a project to lay 80 miles of pipeline. Arrow Midstream's announcement to lay 18 miles of pipeline was a huge story just a couple days ago, and now BEXP casually mentions 80 miles of pipeline.
Yeah, the excitement continues.
