US equity market: S&P 500 heads for winning week despite Treasury yield surge. Not on my bingo card. At one time the S&P 500 hitting 7,800 had everyone excited. Currently the S&P 500 is trading at 7,738.
US equities: a surging US equity market -- S&P 500 trending toward previous highs. BRK-B? Up 20 cents on a $500-stock. AAPL? Up almost $4 on a $300-stock.

Application of XTO Energy Inc. for an order amending the field rules for the Bear Creek-Bakken Pool and/or Corral Creek-Bakken Pool, Dunn County, ND, as follows:
(1) create and establish a 2560-acre spacing unit comprised of Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32, T.148N., R.95W., authorizing the drilling of a total not to exceed fifteen horizontal wells on said proposed 2560-spacing unit; and,
(2) terminate two existing 1280-acre spacing units comprised of Sections 30 and 31; and Sections 29 and 32, T.148N., R.95W., authorizing the drilling of a well on each existing 1280-acre spacing unit, and/or such further relief.
