Revisiting the Heart Butte -- Arrow Pipeline and XTO

Some time ago, I posted the producers likely to benefit from the Arrow Pipeline, a new pipeline completed in the Heart Butte oil field inside the reservation.

This is a list of those permits issued since that pipeline has been completed. Note the number of XTO wells, and remembering that about the time the pipeline was completed, XTO was bought by XOM:
