Highights And Comments From The August NDIC Hearing Docket Agenda -- Posted July 31, 2014

These are the highlights only. This is what jumped out at me:

• the number of "risk penalty legalese" cases
• almost no new cases requesting waivers for flaring (just two?)
• no formations other than the Bakken targeted in August agenda? if any, very, very few
• the huge number of "continued" cases with huge implications
• one case: 32 new wells in 1920-acre spacing -- works out to 60-acre downspacing (note, one continued case has 56 wells on 2560-acre spacing: 46-acre downspacing)
• a slight increase in number of "waivers" requested for well sitings/lateral locations
