With all the turmoil right now to include the risk that the DAPL could be shut down, and fracking could be severely limited or made more expensive by regulation, I'm sure there are a lot of folks this is not the time to start depleting the Legacy Fund.
Having said that, I'm sure there are a lot of folks asking, "exactly what are 'we' saving the money for in the first place?"
