Hey Bruce, Gene her,
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a Great Day! Anyway we have the Mat. Schmidt wells I really do not remember I thought when Anshultz drilled our first well they did not run the lines
I don't have any new information. I track the Matthew Schmidt wells here:
Deletehttp://themilliondollarway.blogspot.com/2013/05/random-update-of-oxys-three-matthew.html
They are currently on DRL status; I would assume we will see IPs soon.
Hi Bruce Gene here,
ReplyDeleteWhen Anshultz drilled our first well Matt. Schmidt, I thought that on the N.D. Oil gas they showed a drill marker and when it went confidential then they put the direction the well was going they show Matt Schmidt 2-3 are away from M.S. 1 according to the map, we were told they were putting the 2 more wells on and they show dril status and the legs go south off 2-3 I tex you and I think that with the problems million dollar way had till you fixed it and I could not open a tex you sent me , so what's with Oxy. That they won't talk to me they show on the map what there doing so what's the big secret ? Well I hope I'm not bothering you with my question but you are the only that I Always feel.
That's very interesting.
DeleteWith regard to secrets, the oil companies are very, very secretive. Even with stuff that could be talked about, it is in their nature not to talk about anything. It's very difficult to remember what is confidential/what is not confidential, so just not talk at all unless necessary to do so, I suppose.
In any event, the horizontals all run parallel (south) to each other. This is a very, very good area and I assume there will be at least 8 wells in this spacing unit before it's all over.
Again, they are OXY USA wells, so I am not expecting earth-shaking 24-hour IPs, but long term production could be very nice. It's my gut feeling that OXY USA wells are getting better.
And again, I'm looking forward to these two wells being reported soon.
What I was saying you give the most accurate information and. Thank You Gene
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind words. Never a bother. Sometimes I don't reply right away because I'm traveling and/or way behind in blogging. I always learn something from my readers.
