Thought those Banks field wells should be better than that?

Delete1. I've never thought Equinor has had particularly good wells. Equinor has a great name/reputation -- state oil company of Norway -- but for some reason Equinor has had mediocre wells at best, it seems, in the Bakekn.
2. It will be interesting to see the frack/completion strategies -- stages, amount of proppant.
3. We will only know how good these wells are after several years, but right now, they are disappointing for Banks wells.
I have been curious if there is a detrimental effect of letting a DUC sit there for 5 years?
DeleteKnowing what little I know about tight oil, it wouldn't seem to matter how long a DUC remained uncompleted -- assuming the entire lateral remained intact and the frack was successful. But I certainly wouldn't want anyone to think I know what I'm talking about. LOL.
