DeleteOil companies have been around since the mid-1800s and I'm sure they have learned to tweak their leases over the years, every time they get sued.
It is interesting its coming up now. My family signed ours in the same timeframe, so will monitor.
ReplyDeleteConcern would be does private company like Slawson have a legal war chest big enough to handle a class act?
They have been good to us and would hate to see this break them.
I would assume they have liability insurance; good faith; etc.
