I see CLR has spud 5 wells in its 11 additional well program for HAWKINSON 1280 in Oakdale field. How long do you suppose it will be before we start to get reports from that effort?
I assume you are talking about #24282 - #24286 (inclusive). They all have a release date from "tight hole" status in mid-to late-May 2013. Occasionally, IPs from multiple-well pads are operationally delayed, waiting for fracking to be completed on all wells. If they are ahead of schedule, we might see production runs before May. If they are particularly good wells and completed before May, CLR might make an announcement early.
For newbies, I've talked about the Hawkinson wells numerous times. This was one post:
The "original" Hawkinson well in section 22, with a test date of 2/23/10, has produced 432,000 bbls of oil through 10/12. I believe that well was a Three Forks well.
At least that's what I see. Again, I could be wrong (typos, interpretations, assumptions, etc.).
