Not just the oil workers but professional and all other lines of employment as well.
I know Minnesota's rate would be a lot higher without North and South Dakota next door. Something the elitist superior big feeling attitudes that is Minnesota hates to admit.

Idaho may have sent North Dakota the most out-of-state workers.
