Blackouts in US Increasing

Blackouts in US increasing.

More to follow. I'm on Amtrak where I've just found the 7 percent of the US that ATT does not cover. I'm on my iPad.

  2. Hopefully, I'll have a computer with an Internet connection in Williston. I generally use the public library if they haven't changed their policies. Libraries in California and Boston area are very restrictive in allowing non-residents to use them.

  3. No AT&T from just east of Havre through Plentywood and surrounding area either. Carry your spare tire kit if driving. :-)

  4. I'll be on Amtrak heading out to Portland in a week or so after departing Wiliston. It looks like i'll get to Williston a day later than planned, due to rail delays (not Amtrak's fault; there was a freight car derailment ahead of us back in New York state). Can't wait to see the Montana countryside and the wind farms. But it's obvious there will be long stretches with no connectivity. Maybe that's good. Smile.
